Navigating the Age of Aquarius Energy Shifts.

Hello and welcome,

There is a quickening happening around our head centres. The mind, thoughts, and consciousness are being transmuted very quickly. Some of the glitches we are experiencing are occurring in this area. As our thoughts shift and change, it can feel as though we can’t focus or can’t quite find the words we want to say. Many of us are feeling a scramble around the head centres.

There are many factors behind this. Today, I want to focus on one part of it — the part you can use to assist yourself.

When the energies are very strong around the head centres and you feel scrambled, unfocused, or glitched out, one of the most powerful supports is affirmations and positive invocations. This area is moving out of the old, but it is also impacted by the external collective shifts, where old systems and programs are being dismantled. That collective destructuring affects us, especially around the pineal gland and crown.

In times like these, I recommend moving into the still point within. You’ll find a grounding that comes through the crown, pineal gland, and third eye — a gentle and supportive presence. The way to enter that space is through affirmations and positive thoughts.

Examples include:

• I am grounded in the light.
• Everything I see and feel is light and love, emanating around me, through me, and toward me.
• I am safe and protected as I move into my authentic self.

These words carry frequency. They help bring in the vibration of abundance, high light, and protection. They also support the aspects within you that are moving through fear into transition — the parts going through an initiation.

In the mystery schools, this was always called initiation. Today, every one of us is in initiation, each in our unique way, through the I Am Presence. And yet we are also doing it together — individually and collectively.

This is the essence of I Am in the We Are. It is the presence of the Age of Aquarius. These initiations are occurring within us and around us as the Age of Aquarius anchors. In these early stages, it feels mixed — the new frequencies are coming in, but the revelations of past ages are still being released.

For example, the Age of Aries expressed the “I Am” through separation, domination, and war. Each age carried its own tone of the “I Am.” Now, in the Age of Aquarius, that I Am is joined with the We Are. I Am in the We Are, and We Are in the I Am.

This takes us into the great circle, into alignment with the Divine Mother. The Age of Aquarius is the entry point for humanity to return to the Divine Mother, to the circle of unity and love.

So, individually and collectively, what is unfolding is this return — the I Am within each of us, and the We Are that joins us all, coming back into balance with the Divine Mother.
