I'm Nancy Valentine Smith.

The energies that we are in right now are strong, focusing, bringing in these very strong, powerful bursts of vibrations that are focusing on the residue — on the aspects of wounds. Energies that are still blocking the view of your light. The energies that are coming in are creating these very fast, quick, intense, laser-like focus in your being, your physical, your emotional body and your perception.

The inner world is calling you home

It is important to note that how you see your processes, your experiences is really important. We are in a habit of always seeing what is going on, seeing it from the external, putting in so much energy and power into the external realities. These energies that are coming in are calling us to recognise that inner world, that inner realm of our being.

We are now needing to move out of that old way of giving power to the external. Projections. The external occurrences and happenings. Because the external realities have been created and shaped from the inner realms of humanity, of our being that has been in that survival consciousness.

If we are able, during this time — if we are able to start bringing ourselves back to the centre of our being, by recognising that the way of the presence is in our selves, in our inner selves — then what we are going through is a transformation, a transmutation. Everything that we’ve been feeling physically is about the shift, the dismantling, the collapse of an old consciousness.

The loop of disempowerment — and the way out

So right now we are experiencing these intense, short bursts of intensity that are really focusing on the loop of our disempowerment. Of our wounds around our self-worth, our self-image, around ourselves — in how we perceive who we are, where we are at, and our consciousness connected to survival.

Which ultimately leads to these choices. The choice of fear. The choice of despair. The choice of fear of loss — for example, the world ending. Or that other choice that is becoming more available to us as we are disrobing. All consciousness in our body is held in our physical body. It’s held in ourselves. It is activated by the emotional pain body that has its link to the past. And that seams our consciousness, that creates our perception, our thoughts.

So at the moment, with these energies that are coming through, and on the external there is a heightened acceleration of the collapse of the three-dimensional density. This is triggering within us our mortality belief systems. And so that can cause us to scramble, to feel chaotic, to feel overwhelmed and confused. But if we can recognise that that is part of the dismantling, part of the collapse of the old consciousness that we’re actually in — this process of lightening up.

We’ve got to remind ourselves of this. So how you perceive what you’re going through, how you see what’s happening, is so important. Because what you are seeing, what you are witnessing — where are you seeing from? Are you seeing from fear? Or are you seeing from a place that this is a time of great change? For the planet and for all of us. That you are living out of so many old, old ways — that you are an infinite being of light. That you are divine.

The Aries activation — I Am presence igniting

We are in this time collaborating and co-creating with each other, with Mother Earth, to move into that light divine source manifested here now. It has been difficult and intense. I feel that right now, with all that’s happening in the stars and the alignments and so many planets moving into Aries now — Aries is the activation of I Am presence right now in our energy centres. So it’s going to bring in these quick bursts of clearing, of laser-like healing.

It is important that you allow yourself and hold the space to let go. To now let go of the old, the past. And what I mean by that is: you do not need to allow the past to hold you in disempowerment. Yes, there are many aspects of the past that we are still healing and transmuting — and that will continue. But let that continue in a new way. In a way of empowerment. Don’t let the past control you.

These energies coming through — speaking of this — Aries is the I Am, the fire element activation moving through the many realms of our being. In the base energy centre, that I Am presence is asking that we now connect with our body in love and in understanding that our physical body is a being of great courage. It carries the frequency of wisdom, of connection to the earth. That is ready — that is ready to now move to the next realm of I Am consciousness. Out of survival. Out of better-than and less-than. Out of conquering. Out of the wars and the battles.

That is an Aries energy in the base energy centre. We’re moving that consciousness right now. It’s going to be intense, but that’s what’s moving with the coming in of this new cycle, new beginning — Aries in the different star maps aligning to our energy centres. So in that base energy centre that’s being activated, it’s the ascension of that base energy centre out of the separation, out of the tribal consciousness.

The Sacral — feeling the light return

We’re also having the focus on our sacral energy centre. The I Am presence, the fire element. And this has to do with these beautiful feelings that you will feel — some of you have already started to feel this — that is coming in. It is liquidy. It is light. It is gifting these beautiful light activations of inspiration, of feeling good, having these moments of feeling good. That is the I Am presence making itself present in your sacral energy centre.

I would suggest to use this affirmation to help your physical body at this time:

❖ I am forgiveness, allowing the return of beauty to be seen through my eyes. ❖

That is a powerful affirmation. That I Am presence — this is what the energy of Aries is bringing through. Because unlike other times in the history of the journey of this planet, the energy that we’re in, the activation of this new cycle, is being mentored by the Age of Aquarius. So that I Am — the Aries energy, the fire element, the warrior — will be and is being transmuted in our being under the guidance of the Age of Aquarius. So that conquering, the battle, the battle cries, separation, the domination — the conquering will be and is being transmuted. And because of the overlighting presence of the Age of Aquarius, it will shift into its ascension embodiment, which is sacred. Sacred, soulful activism.

Your Solar Plexus — what is your alignment?

This is the higher consciousness of the base energy centre and the sacral. What you are going through at this time is a shape-shifting out of three-dimensional density of the spheres that are in the carbon matter here on Earth and in our being. Now that I Am presence energy that we are — and it’s being activated right at this time, with all that’s happening in the stars, with the Aries moving into the different planets — it is an initiation process of our physical being.

So see, you can hold that knowledge I’m sharing with you. It’s going to help you stay in alignment to that truth. Because with these energies coming through, there is — as I’ve been saying — these very quick bursts of intensity that are laser-like in those parts of us that are still in that density, that survival consciousness.

Now the I Am presence in the sacral is bringing in those feelings, those feelings of feeling good. It is activating inspiration. And that energy is very sparkly. And we will have moments of feeling this. And when you do feel it, ground it by saying an affirmation like:

❖ I am light, feeling good in all ways and in all places. ❖

This is a time to really consciously focus on the light.

Now the I Am energy in the solar plexus during this time is saying: you can’t spend too much time in that old alignment. It’s not going to work anymore because you are more than this. You’ve always been more than that. But right now, with the energies within the different star mappings bringing in the high aspects of I Am — in the solar plexus it is saying to you: what is your alignment? Is your alignment to fear, to lack, to the external reality that’s in the process of collapse, of shifting, of transmuting?

But right now — right now — we’re in this passageway, this threshold. So when it hits that solar plexus, that I Am is asking us to please align to the light, to the divine truth. Of unity. Of kinship. To start believing. To start diving into that consciousness and that energy of love.

Because that energy, that vibration, that frequency — is what’s being called for us to step into. It is to start a journey of stepping into that. Because that is the new foundations, the pillars of the New Earth.

The returning — speaking the light into being

So right now, in this time of the new cycle, we are moving out of an old hold on that old history. Of many old timelines, on the earth and within us.

Our mind is being called to hold the space of light, focus. We are remembering. So at this time, a powerful way to move into alignment is to speak, to declare through your words — affirmations, prayers, declarations.

❖ I am light, remembering this moment. I am light, remembering through my body — love and peace here on Earth. ❖

When you declare a statement with the words “I am remembering,” you are activating, connecting to a frequency above your Crown Energy Centre. That will start opening and start bringing through the elixir of life. Putting it simply, it will start aligning you to the higher consciousness of Divinity here on Earth. I call it the return. The returning through the remembering.

Through a major opening doorway, a portal that occurred during Easter in April, we moved through into this time. So the energies of high knowledge and light are coming through.

With the star mapping, we are feeling, we are moving into a new cycle. The light laser-light cycle is being directed to the hidden corners within our being that still align with the knowing of the old paradigm.

You are divine. You hold the key.

You are grounded here and now on Mother Earth. And you are grounded here and now in the stars. Mother Stars. You are divine. You are celestial. You are created from love. You are love’s remembering, returning.

Deeply within you, it is okay for you to see the world in its beauty, in its light, in peace, in connection, in healing. In oneness. We have the power through the I Am to change the planet and the world into its authentic source light.
