Being in nature is so important. If you’re able to get out — even if it’s just your local park — connect to the trees, to the Earth. This is going to assist you because the elemental realm of Mother Earth is very active at the moment. Whether you are in an urban area or out in the country, the elemental forces of nature are very strong at this time, and these elemental energies are providing a clearing — a wash for our field.

It’s like going to a car wash, except you’re entering the elemental wash. Being around trees and nature gives you a cleanse while also assisting the energetic lines of the Earth, because you are going through such a massive time of remembering, clearing, and healing. When you’re in nature, you’re also helping the bigger picture — the planetary energy grids, the meridian points of Earth.

When you’re in these natural spaces, even just near a tree, you connect with the energy lines of the planet through the roots and the soil. As you transmute, as your wisdom activates, you co-create with these elemental currents — delivering light to places on the planet that need support.

As you move through these processes, you might feel the emotions of disempowerment, grief, or fear surfacing. These arise from deep within the collective consciousness — the layers of history, culture, and lineage. When you sit in stillness with the Earth, you’re not only helping yourself but also assisting the collective clearing of these energies. You don’t need to visualise or think about it — simply being present allows the light to move through you, into the soil, and into the roots of the trees.

Through your stillness, the channel of light that you are becomes the bridge between Heaven and Earth. The light moves through your soles into the soil, supporting Mother Earth and the elemental realms in their sacred work of transmutation and planetary renewal.

This is a profound collaboration — an exchange of life force, love, and remembrance. As you connect to the land, you also awaken the ancient knowledge within you, the teachings once held in the mystery schools. These truths are reawakening now, returning through your consciousness as remembrance.

As you absorb more light, your external reality will begin to shift — because energy follows awareness. The more you embody light, the more your world aligns with that vibration. As above, so below. As within, so without.

This is a busy, transformative time. Everything we’ve hidden — in ourselves and on the planet — is being revealed. Don’t fall into fear or despair when it feels intense. You are remembering what was forgotten.

Moments of brain fog or disconnection are part of this process. The head centres — the pineal gland and third eye — are adjusting as ancient knowledge releases gently from where it has been held for eons. These sensations are signs of your consciousness expanding, your mind shifting into a higher, more fluid state of awareness.

We are changing our mind — how we think, perceive, and witness life — moving into greater spirit, more mana, more light.

These are the energies of your current initiation of remembering.
