Navigating Ascension Energies: Light Practices for Daily Support
Hello and welcome,
With the energies we are in right now, it is important to find simple spiritual practices that help you navigate what you are experiencing. This great shift cannot be avoided. It is part of Ascension.
I know it has been difficult and painful on many levels of our being. These energies can overwhelm us, sometimes pulling us into the dark night of the soul. I find that daily practices of moving into the light help me remember that this is a process of undoing and becoming.
This is a new space for all of us. We are stepping into the unknown. And the unknown is joy, abundance, light, and love as the over-lighting force in our lives. Each of us is moving through this according to our own soul, journey, and genetics.
It’s not just personal. We are also shifting timelines within our tribe, our ancestral lines, and our collective. Moving into light awareness daily supports this transformation. Breathwork, tapping, sitting in nature, or even visualising the shower water flowing over you as white light are all simple yet powerful practices. Affirmations such as I am safe and I am moving forward anchor you into that light space.
This is a time of remembering. Each affirmation, each conscious connection to light, builds a surplus of light within you. Over time, your energy field begins to shift into an expansive realm, opening to planes of existence filled with light.
What we hold in thought and feeling becomes our dominant vibration. That’s why it’s important to cultivate daily practices that genuinely feel good—whether it’s connecting with nature, sitting in the sun for a few moments, or being near water. Water, especially, carries healing energies connected to the ancient waterways of Lemuria.
We are in a massive transmutation and initiation. Old consciousness and heavy programs are collapsing within us. We are not only shifting our own patterns but also assisting our genetics, our ancestry, and the collective consciousness.
Keep your mantras simple:
"I am safe.
I align to joy.
Everything is always working out for me.
Everything is going to be okay."
These daily plug-ins to the light nurture authentic wellness, self-care, and expansion. The energies are intense, but I see they will get lighter. We may still feel knocked around at times, but remember—our bodies are like Akashic records, holding both our personal journey and the history of the Earth itself.
Because of this, the dismantling feels full on. Gentle practices are essential: eating well, connecting with nature, reminding yourself that you are divine, that you are love.
Another powerful practice is Ho’oponopono—the Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness. Saying it daily, or a version that resonates with you, can help shift overwhelm and bring deep healing.
