I'm Nancy Valentine Smith.

The energies we are in right now are strong, and the emotion that is most prevalent across the collective is grief. As a guiding force, grief is not simply an emotion — it is a vibration that holds within its embodiment the many stories and journeys of our timeline.

There are different aspects to grief. There is a grief held in the very structure of our physical body — in the legs, the knees, the back, the shoulders. This structural grief has its alignment to the base energy centre and its survival programmes. And as the foundations of that old consciousness continue to collapse and destructure, the more light that comes through, the more shifts occur that move us out of the old ways and the old consciousness.

But there is another level of grief now making itself known — one held in the sacral energy centre. And this is where I want to take you now.

The Sacral Energy Centre — A Portal to the Divine Mother

The sacral energy centre is a portal. Within our being and our body, it holds alignment and connection to the Divine Mother — a gateway to what I call the original source light creation here on Earth.

Right now, the sacral is being deeply activated. It is releasing blocks and interferences connected to our ability to create, to manifest, to step forward into trust and expansion. And at the root of this sacral disempowerment is a disconnection — a disconnection from the Divine Mother, from Mother Nature, from the natural source of lifeforce creation here on Earth.

Because of this disconnection, because of the separation codes held within the sacral, a particular fear has taken hold over time — the fear of the unknown, the fear of others, the fear of difference. And that fear on the planet right now, has brought to the surface an old structural consciousness of disempowerment.

These energies are activating precisely because they need to dissolve. We are being pulled onto the path of the way of the heart, and the sacral is the doorway.

Creativity — A Powerful Key

The sacral energy centre holds a high vibrational light of creativity. And creativity is one of the most powerful keys available to us right now — a way to bring in very high light vibrations carrying the sacred geometry of light and love, to change the many realities of fear, disempowerment and separation here on Earth.

The arts, beauty, creative expression — these live in the heart octaves of the sacral. They are not incidental practices. They are medicine. The sacral is connected to the Divine Mother, to birthing, to the pathways and energy lines of new beginnings. It is the sacred circle within us that rises above the old structures of control and survival.

Belonging, Vulnerability and the Inner Critic

The sacral holds the energy of grief connected to belonging. And this is what is coming up for so many right now — feelings of vulnerability, of being alone, of not feeling accepted or seen.

As these energies surface and are held in the vessel of grief, what is occurring is a letting go, a release in the peripheral of our consciousness. And as that release happens, those feelings of vulnerability begin to become medicine.

But there is something to be aware of during this process. As movement happens in the sacral, the inner critic — the naysayer, the task master that resides in the head centres — can become very loud. The negative thoughts, the harsh self-conversations, the old beliefs about not being enough can rise with great force precisely because something is shifting at a very deep core level.

Be kind toward yourself. Be aware of the inner critic. Be gentle with the negative self-talk. Hold yourself. Hold the parts of you that carry the medicine of the sacral — and those parts are your inner child.

The Inner Child Holds the Golden Key

The inner child within us carries the golden key to sacral sovereignty. And for so long, we have had to hide that key.

There has been a whole rites of passage in our growth and evolving that moved out of natural time — too fast, out of alignment with nature, not flowing with the rhythm of the sun and the moon. And the sacral is now on a journey within us, unfolding the mapping of the return to right flow, to right connection with nature.

This is part of why we are feeling off-kilter. We are going off-axis in order to return to natural alignment — with source energy through the stars, through the Earth, through the soles of our feet and through the crown. The realignment is taking us back to our original source light.

Relationships and Friendship Groups Are Shifting

It is quite normal right now to feel uncomfortable or disconnected from certain friendship groups. This is the movement around the sacral bringing up old belonging patterns for transmutation.

The feelings of not belonging, not feeling accepted or seen — these are the sacral moving out of a consciousness of belonging that has had its foundations in the survival programs. The sacral centre, in its highest wisdom, is calling us to start connecting from the realm of inclusivity, of kindness, of the sacred circle, of the way of the heart — a collaboration amongst many beings and souls, grounded in the principles of the Age of Aquarius. Peace on Earth. Love and light, embodied in all levels of reality.

But this must start first within us.

Practical Support — How to Work With the Sacral Right Now

There are some really supportive ways to move through this sacral activation with greater ease.

Move your body gently. This is about flow. Gentle movement supports the sacral's natural energy of creativity and release.

Connect with water. The ocean, rivers, waterways — connecting to these is deeply supportive right now. The sacral is a water centre, and the waters without mirror the waters within.

Work with these crystals. Peach calcite, selenite, rose quartz and pyrite. Pyrite in particular offers strong protection and shielding for the sacral, and carries the consciousness that it is safe to step out of the need to belong, to be safe, to be included through the old survival-based patterns.

Go into nature. Nature takes you directly into right flow, into the present moment, into alignment with the natural rhythms the sacral is returning to.

The Bigger Picture — Returning to Original Source Creation

On the bigger picture, everything we are seeing on the planet — the structures, the systems, the forces of domination — is the expression of the movement away from the Divine Mother. And as we each move through the realms of the sacral within us, we are assisting in shifting the trajectory of realities that aim to dominate and control.

The return is to the original source creation — the Divine Mother. As above, so below. As within, so without. What shifts within us must eventually show in the external.

The sacral activates within us our original source of creation, in alignment with nature — the Golden Ratio, the Fibonacci codes held in the spiral. The Divine Trinity: the Divine Mother, the Divine Father, the Divine Child.

The Earth is returning to its original point, deep within you, through the portal of the sacral, the original moment, the belly, the umbilical cord of Mother.
