Hello and welcome,

In this message I speak about the awakening occurring in the solar plexus energy centre, the release of ancient grief held within our being, and the deeper remembering of our connection to Mother Earth and the waterways of life.

We are standing at many thresholds right now. These thresholds appear again and again because we are clearing and shifting so much within our being, particularly within the lower energy centres.

As these layers dissolve, we are making space to step more fully onto the path of the heart.

The Dismantling of Old Systems

There is a vast expansiveness unfolding within our consciousness at this time. Much is occurring on the Earth as old realities begin dismantling.

As these changes unfold, we are being called more strongly into alignment with connection, belonging and the way of the heart.

These energies are the remedy.

They are the over-lighting field of resolution for what is currently happening in the three-dimensional reality of the planet.

Much of what we are moving through is the undoing of systems that have been held within us for eons. These structures are strongly embedded within the solar plexus.

As we transmute these patterns, we feel the shifts physically in our body because deeply established ways of being are being dislodged.

What is dissolving are the separation codes.

These codes originated from the separation from the Divine Mother — from Mother Earth and from the natural lifeforce of creation.

The Way of the Waters

Our body and our being are deeply connected to the waterways of the Earth.

Our physical body, our emotions and even our higher thoughts move through the rhythms of water.

As we move out of rigid structures and fear-based systems, we return to this original embodiment of flow.

When we release fear structures, a deep activation occurs.

Mother Earth herself is expanding, stretching and opening.

As this happens, structures that were never aligned with her original light source begin to dissolve.

Each time we move through a threshold and release an old layer, we create more space within our cells and within our physical body.

And within that space, remembering begins.

Deep within the belly — within the sacral centre — lives the original spark of creation.

Solar Plexus Clearing and Fear Release

Right now much of the clearing is happening within the solar plexus.

This is where the structures of systems were held.

Each lower energy centre contains different realms and layers of consciousness. At this time we are dismantling a level of consciousness within the solar plexus connected to survival and fear.

Systems are ultimately structures of fear.

So as these structures loosen, the feelings and thoughts connected to survival begin to soften.

You may notice subtle but powerful shifts in how you perceive life.

Old doubts and fears may not feel as strong as they once did.

This does not mean the transmutation process is finished. There will still be moments when emotions surface intensely. But when they do, remember that this is the solar plexus releasing fear structures.

The Wisdom of Ancient Grief

Some people may feel stagnant, uninspired or disconnected during this phase.

This often happens because we are being called into deeper chambers of grief.

This grief is not simply personal grief. It is ancient grief.

It carries the wisdom of many timelines — our own life experiences, ancestral grief, and the grief connected to Mother Earth and the many ages of this planet.

At its deepest root, this grief comes from the separation from Mother.

For eons, humanity has carried this wound.

Yet within this grief lives profound wisdom — a deep pool of life force and higher consciousness.

When we allow ourselves to sit within this space without judgment or resistance, transformation begins.

Many people are currently crossing this threshold.

The early signs of this process can appear as frustration, irritation, stagnation or a sense of being unable to create in the old ways.

Be gentle with yourself during this time.

You are moving through a deep initiation.

Returning to the Waterways

This process is multidimensional.

As above, so below. As within, so the outer world reflects.

When you reconnect with the waterways — the oceans, rivers, lakes and streams — you are aligning yourself with the original lifeforce of Mother Earth.

Water is one of the most powerful channels through which energy moves across the planet.

The waterways carry ancient wisdom connected to Lemuria and the origins of this Earth.

When you stand near water, allow yourself to become still.

Ground your body into the Earth and allow light to move through you.

You may simply hold the intention:

I am love in everything I see.
I am light in everything I feel.
And I allow light and love to be the channel of peace on Earth.

In doing this, you become a channel of healing.

The waterways carry that energy across the planet.

They are one of the great creative forces of Mother Earth — continuously birthing and rebirthing life.

You are a Divine Being of Great Light.

You are here now, grounded in your own being, grounded here on Mother Earth, and grounded in the stars.
