As the current energies intensify, many are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or deeply drained through the solar plexus and lower energy centres. These sensations are part of a larger shift unfolding through the body, the Earth, and the inner realms, as old programs of survival, separation, and past emotional imprinting begin to release. What you are experiencing is a profound movement of transmutation — a restructuring of consciousness that is preparing you for the evolving frequencies of 2026 and the embodiment of a new way of being.

Feeling Disconnected or Drained? What Your Solar Plexus Is Releasing

I understand deeply what you are going through with these energies that are coursing through our being. The intensity of the great shifts we are in is causing many emotions to rise, and these experiences have multiple layers to them.

One layer is connected to the past that is being dislodged from the solar plexus and aspects of the sacral. At the same time, the mind is being activated — the ego consciousness. The ego aspect of our being has long guided us through life and different situations, and now that ego consciousness is being called to shift out of old survival paradigms.

The solar plexus carries the energies connected to our self-worth and empowerment, and this is where much of the current work is occurring.

Shifting Out of the Old Ways

What we are going through is a shift out of old ways of being. These energies shape how we move on the planet — the way we connect. They act as a directive — a movement rooted in an old consciousness founded on separation.

The intensity of this transmutation is high because it is touching a deep nerve within us — one connected to empowerment and the sovereignty of self, grounded here on Earth. Its higher aspiration is the activation of connection and kinship. This is one of the new foundations, the new grounding, of the Age of Aquarius.

Why These Emotions Feel So Intense

The emotions arising — frustration, short-temperedness, overwhelm, exhaustion — are surfacing because we are moving out of programs that once seemed to keep us safe. The discomfort, as I’ve said before, can feel very high.

Some of what we are experiencing in the body is also connected to Earth changes happening around us and beneath us. There is a great undoing of density — of three-dimensional consciousness and embodiment. While this unfolds, we are also receiving energy from the star codes, the star realms, and the inner Earth realms.

This combination — above and below — is the space we are currently sitting in. As the inner realms transmute, the inner Earth releases old historical imprints, while above us the stars move through high-frequency alignments.

In the times ahead, particularly as we move toward 2026, this frequency upgrade becomes more pronounced. What we are feeling is not only inner shifting, but the alignment of energies above and below. We are moving out of an old way of being — an old way of creating reality and perceiving life.

Feelings of Disconnection

Part of this process includes feelings of disconnection. Some may feel withdrawn from people, family, or community for a time. This is often temporary, as disconnection can be necessary to move out of old tribal consciousness.

That old tribal consciousness functions through survival programs — protection, vigilance, and fear of unseen threats. This is what is leaving us now, and it contributes to the intensity many are feeling.

What Happens as Lower Centres Release

As survival programs release from the lower energy centres — the base, sacral, and solar plexus — it can create confusion, difficulty focusing, or a lack of grounding. As old stories move out into the energy field, the experience can feel chaotic or messy. This is an energetic detox — old consciousness and energetic toxins leaving these centres.

Please remember that you are a powerful being. You are the creator of your reality and your destiny. The external world has always reflected your inner consciousness.

What we are moving through now is a clearing, rearranging, and detoxing of inner structures that were formed through disempowerment and old systems of control.

Moving Out of the Old Systems of Control

I refer to these as the Father God systems — established structures of control. Part of the transmutation we are in is moving out of this consciousness. This process is known as ascension, evolution, and resurrection.

Here on Earth, ascension is inseparable from returning to the planet’s original life force — Mother Earth. Her highest self is the Divine Mother, and we are moving into alignment with that original source light.

We are here at this time to assist in this great remembering. Supporting Mother Earth in her ascension is directly connected to our own.

The Solar Plexus: A Deep Dive into Many Realms

We are here in physical embodiment not only clearing our individual lives, but assisting the collective and the Earth herself. There is no separation.

The solar plexus is a portal into many realms and dimensions. As the ego consciousness activates, it is being asked to remember its original purpose — to provide a strong, fortifying embodiment that supports the energies of the Divine, particularly through the Crown Energy Centre.

This allows the vessel to receive inspiration and wisdom from the Higher Self and the soul.

What you are experiencing — this undoing, this transmutation — is a shamanic process. It involves the body, emotions, and mind moving out of old structures of density and separation.

The Technical Undoing

This is a highly structured and technical process. It involves the energy centres, sacred geometric activations, and the energies of the Earth, inner Earth, and the stars.

Many of you are already aware of solar flares and resonances moving through from above and below. These movements are aligned with our ascension process.

Each lower energy centre carries specific signatures for opening and releasing old stories and programs. Moving out of these long-held patterns can feel uncomfortable, but you are doing so well.

Feelings such as hopelessness, self-judgement, frustration, and anger are normal responses during this phase.

What the Ego Does During This Process

These feelings are held within old programs. As consciousness releases, memories and experiences from the past can surface, bringing energetic discomfort.

The ego and mind, working closely with the solar plexus, attempt to analyse and resolve what is happening. Often, they connect these feelings to past beliefs, perceptions, and survival programs.

This can manifest as thoughts of lack or fear — “nothing is working,” “this is hard,” “how will I get through this?” These are expressions of survival consciousness.

Using the Throat Centre to Re-Create Your Embodiment

It is important to recognise what is happening. You are a powerful creator. During heightened transmutation, language becomes a tool of realignment.

Use words that support you:

“I am a powerful being grounded here on Earth.”
“I am love.”
“I am joy.”
“I am grounded.”
“I am receiving light.”
“I am divine.”
“I am stepping into feeling good.”

Whatever works for you.

Using the Throat Energy Centre through “I Am” statements supports the lower centres. The sacral and throat share a co-creative relationship, just as the solar plexus connects with the head centre. As clearing occurs, some may feel releases in the throat.

The base energy centre connects to the Crown, but requires the sacral and solar plexus to realign before that collaboration gains momentum.

The Ascension Occurs in the Lower Centres

What I’ve shared here is only one aspect of a larger structural energetic process. At this time, the solar plexus is the primary focus.

Ascension unfolds through the lower centres because they are the centres of embodiment — the base, sacral, and solar plexus.

As these centres enlighten, we begin to create and move from a new place. The external reality then responds, aligning with what we embody and witness.

What We Are Moving Into

We are moving out of old consciousness. Ascension is not about an external force fixing things for us — it is about what is shifting within.

This is happening now, through the transmutation we feel in our bodies and energy centres. We are moving out of old embodiments.

This process is unfolding on Mother Earth, in the inner Earth, and in the stars. As it continues, the Earth will begin reflecting the supersonic divine light of the original point of creation.

This is one of the codes of ascension.
