What you are experiencing is a profound movement of transmutation — a restructuring of consciousness that is preparing you for the evolving frequencies of 2026 and the embodiment of a new way of being.

Feeling Disconnected or Drained? What Your Solar Plexus Is Releasing

I understand deeply what you are going through with these energies that are coursing through our being and our bodies. The intensity of the great shifts that we are in is causing so many emotions and feelings to rise. These emotions and these feelings have many factors to them.

One is that they are connected to the past that is being dislodged from the solar plexus and aspects of the sacral. The mind is also being activated — the ego consciousness. The ego aspect of our being has been a dominant factor in guiding us through our life, through different situations. Now the ego consciousness, that ego aspect of us, is being called to shift out of the old paradigms of survival, for the solar plexus realm carries the energies and the spaces connected to our self-worth and our empowerment.

Shifting Out of the Old Ways

So what we are going through is a shift out of the old ways — the old ways of this energy. For this energy is the way we move on the planet, the way we correct. It is a directive. It is a direction of an old consciousness that has its foundation in separation.

The intensity we are feeling in this transmutation is very high, because it is hitting a nerve within us connected to our empowerment, to our sovereignty of self grounded here on Earth. Its higher aspiration is the activation of connection, of kinship. It is one of the new foundations, the new grounding, of the Age of Aquarius.

Why These Emotions Feel So Intense

The many emotions that are coming up — frustration, being short-tempered, overwhelm, exhaustion — are because we are moving out of these old programs that have supposedly kept us safe. The discomfort, like I’ve said before, is very high.

Some of these energies we are feeling in our body are also connected to the Earth changes that are happening around us and beneath us. There is a great undoing of our density — of our three-dimensional consciousness and our three-dimensional embodiment. While this is happening, we are receiving a lot of energy from the star codes, the star realms, and also the inner Earth realms.

This combination — above and below — is what we are sitting in. As the inner realms are undoing and transmuting, beneath us the inner Earth is releasing the old muck of the Earth history, the Earth historical data.

Above us, in the stars, there is great movement as high-frequency light comes into alignment. It is a frequency upgrade in the times ahead, in 2026. This is what we’re feeling — not only the inner shifting, but the alignment above and below. We are moving out of an old way of being, predominantly an old way of how we create our realities and how we see life.

Feelings of Disconnection

Part of this includes the many feelings we are going through. Some might feel very disconnected from people around them, disconnected from parts of their family or community. This is only for a short time, because sometimes this disconnection needs to happen to move out of that old consciousness — that old tribal consciousness.

The old tribal consciousness still functions from the survival programs of protection, of being safe from the harshness of reality, from the unseen enemies, and so on. This is what’s leaving us, and this is part of the intensity.

What Happens as Lower Centres Release

As the survivor programs leave the lower energy centres — the base, the sacral, and the solar plexus — it can cause feelings of confusion, difficulty focussing, or not feeling grounded. These energies and the stories, as they release, move out into our energy field, and it can feel chaotic or messy. It is an energetic release of old consciousness and old energetic toxins leaving those centres.

So please remember that you are a powerful being. You are the creator of your reality, of your destiny. The external reality has always been dependent on your inner realm — your inner consciousness.

Right now, what we are going through is the movement, the shifting, the rearranging, the clearing, the detoxing of our inner well that has been set up in programs of disempowerment, aligned to the old systems of control.

Moving Out of the Old Systems of Control

I call these old systems of control the Father God systems. It is an established structure. Part of the transmutation we are in is moving out of that consciousness. It’s called the ascension; it’s called the evolution; it’s called the resurrection.

Here on Earth, that resurrection — that ascension — is, and always will be, connected to moving into the original authentic life force on this planet. And that is Mother Earth. The highest self of Mother Earth is the Divine Mother. So we are moving into that embodiment, which is the original authentic source light of this planet.

We are here at this time, all of us, to assist in this great movement and momentum of remembering. This remembering — to support Mother Earth in her ascension, her movement into the Divine Mother — is connected to us and our ascension.

The Solar Plexus: A Deep Dive into Many Realms

We are here in this physical embodiment clearing out not only our individual life, but assisting the collective and the Earth in her ascension process. There is no separation.

The solar plexus is a very deep dive into the portals of many realms and many dimensions. As the ego consciousness is activated, it is being called to remember its original purpose — to hold the strong and fortifying embodiment, to be the overseeing vibration that supports the energies of the Divine, of the Crown Energy Centre realm.

It supports the vessel to bring in the inspiration and wisdom of your Higher Self, of your soul.

So what you are going through — this undoing, this transmutation — is the actual shamanic movement. Your body, your feelings, your mind — it is a shamanic process moving out of the old embodiment, the old structure of density and separation.

The Technical Undoing

What we are going through is a very structured, very technical undoing. It involves the energy centres; it involves sacred geometric activations; it involves the energies of the Earth, the inner Earth, and the stars.

Many of you already know this. Many of you are aware of what is happening in the stars with the solar flares, with the resonances coming through from above and below. They are all in alignment to our ascension process.

Each lower energy centre has specific signatures in opening and undoing the old stories and programs. We are moving out of a time where many established programs have lived in our being and on the planet. It doesn’t feel comfortable, this moving out of the old programs — but you are doing so well.

Please remember that the feelings and thoughts you may have — hopelessness, self-judgement, frustration, anger — are normal.

What the Ego Does During This Process

These feelings and thoughts are held in the old programs. It's a very intricate, complex undoing. As the old consciousness leaves our being, it brings up events, stories, and experiences from the past. As this moves out of your system, it can cause energetic pain and discomfort.

The mind and the ego — working in collaboration with the solar plexus — then try to work it out, to bring explanations or resolutions. The ego dives into what could be causing the feelings. It connects with past events, beliefs, perceptions, and survival programs.

The ego may send out energies of lack, stories of “nothing is working”, “it’s a hard time”, “how are you going to get through this?” This is the survival program expressing itself.

Using the Throat Centre to Re-Create Your Embodiment

It is important to recognise this. You are a powerful creator. In these times of heightened transmutation, you are clearing out survival programs. When you feel what you are feeling, you can use powerful words — affirming words — to realign yourself with the momentum of your new embodiment.

Use words that support you:

“I am a powerful being grounded here on Earth.”
“I am love.”
“I am joy.”
“I am grounded.”
“I am receiving light.”
“I am divine.”
“I am stepping into feeling good.”

Whatever works for you.

Using the Throat Energy Centre to command through “I Am” assists the lower centres. The sacral is connected to the throat, just as the solar plexus is connected to the head centre. Some of you will feel releases in the throat as the sacral shifts, because they have a co-creative relationship.

The base energy centre connects to the Crown, but it needs the sacral and the solar plexus for its new alignment and embodiment before that collaboration can build momentum.

The Ascension Occurs in the Lower Centres

All that I’ve shared is a small aspect of the structural energetic process we are in. The solar plexus is the deep dive we are doing now. Everything we are going through is the technical energetic process of evolution — of ascension — dissolving within us.

This is why so much is occurring in the lower centres. The structures and programs live there. The ascension must occur there — in the base, the sacral, and the solar plexus — because they are the centres of embodiment.

As these centres ascend and enlighten, we begin to move and create from that place, and then the external reality responds. The law of creation aligns with what we are seeing, witnessing, and embodying.

What We Are Moving Into

We are moving out of the old consciousness — the old way. The ascension is not about an external light suddenly fixing things. It is about what is shifting within.

And this is happening now — with all the transmutation, with all the energies we are feeling in our bodies and energy centres. We are moving out of the old embodiment.

This is what is happening on Mother Earth, in the inner Earth, and in the stars. It is happening, and as this unfolds within us, the Earth will begin to reflect the supersonic divine light of the original point of creation. This is one of the codes of ascension.

So please remember that you are a divine being, that you are powerful, and that what you are going through is the remembering of this.
