If you are feeling overwhelmed and a bit all over the place, and you are feeling intense energies throughout your physical body, and a lot of emotions are coming up, it’s because of the solar plexus. I want to talk more about the solar plexus and what is happening that is connected to this energy centre.
The Solar Plexus in Focus
The solar plexus energy centre is the focus of the transmutation we are going through. So there is a lot of energy, programs, and beliefs from the past being transmuted at the moment through the solar plexus. Now, this is a really vast energy centre. So much is recorded in this space. So much is held in this energy centre.
A lot of what we’re feeling — the tightness, the frustration, the agitation, the extreme discomfort — is connected to the shifting occurring in the solar plexus. The energies that are moving out of the solar plexus are connected to how we see ourselves, how we see our life. So much of what we are feeling in our physical body, in our energy fields, and in our emotions is connected to the old consciousness, programs, beliefs, and so on, that are held in the solar plexus.
Why This Feels So Intense
There are some really strong structures in the solar plexus that are connected to our disempowerment. Our disempowerment has its foundation in the externalisation of our power and our perception. In other words, it is the structure where we give power to the external reality and its impact and effects on our life and our journey — which is pretty normal. That’s how we’ve all been.
What we are going through now is a shifting from that structure. That’s why it’s really uncomfortable. A lot is coming up — a lot of energy is rising that is connected to that old consciousness. Because ultimately, as part of this journey of growth, transformation, and transmutation, we are being called to connect to our divinity, to know that within us our divine being is the creative creator force, the source, the authentic light source.
It is in the solar plexus — in the physical, three-dimensional reality — where we get to see and experience that creative force that manifests, that we are. And because the solar plexus has held, for eons, the beliefs, programs, and structures of us being disempowered, of us not being good enough, of not being worthy, not being supported, not being seen — it is this that is being dismantled now.
Clearing the Old Foundations
Right now, for many, we are going through a dismantling, a purging, a pulling up, a dislodging of a lot of beliefs around our self-worth and our identity. All of this has been guided by the old consciousness — that we are not empowered beings, that we need a third party, that we need something external to show us the way or direct us. But it is all within us.
This divine knowledge, this creative force, this powerful manifestor, this powerful creative creation, creates embodiment. And it is in the solar plexus where that first activation of witnessing and collaborating with the divine — with Source — occurs. It is through the solar plexus.
But the solar plexus has held the belief systems of the old way, which has a foundation of disempowerment. And that comes through many ways, many plays, through the way we are brought up, through our environment, through our beliefs, and through our experiences. Those experiences, events, stories — all of that is held in the solar plexus.
The Emotional Heightening
The solar plexus has many levels to it. The clearing out has to occur because as we continue moving forward in this ascension process, this remembering, this awakening — whatever words resonate with you — we are moving into the embodiment of the next level of our divine consciousness, of the unified field of Source Light within us first, and then reflected into the external reality, which then responds with the same vibration we are sending out.
At the moment, a lot of what you are feeling are the feelings of that survival program through the solar plexus. On another level, this program also has a link and connection to the collective survival programs. This is why it is so intense.
There is a lot happening in our cells and in our physical body because this is what is being transmuted and brought to our attention at this time.
