With all the energies that are coming from above through our solar star energy. What's occurring is that this is actually heightening what we have been going through. So the transmutation is gone to another level. The volume has turned up. A lot of stuff that is being pushed out this large is actually coming from our sacral and our solar plexus connected to what's been hidden in the shadows of our being.

Energy Storms & Inner Chaos

So there are feelings of of chaos within us. So the energy storms, because that's what's happening. The energy storms that is occurring within us is feeling very strong and can be overwhelming. But know that this energy we are in is about us moving quickly forward, out of the past. That's what's going on. It's the past. The past doors, the past levels are being closed.

Acceleration: Being Pulled Out of the Past

So there's this acceleration that's happening that's urging us. In fact, it's actually pulling us out of the past. So there's a lot of things that will be dismantling, will be dismantling quite abruptly. Now with these energies coming through from above, from the star systems, from the sun, what it's doing is accelerating the shift within us, within the consciousness, within all consciousness, within us and around us.

Fascia, Nervous System & Leg Activations

Now our legs are being affected and also our fascia, because our fascia is responding to our nervous system, our electrical meridian pathways. So the faster is pinging different frequency throughout our system, because the fascia is one of those gateways where we are releasing the past. So at this time, with all these energies coming through from above, it is really important to ground to connect to the Earth, because nature at this time is also a vessel for the star consciousness and the aspect of the star consciousness, the nature is bringing through to support us is aligned to our remembering of our original authentic self in our cells.

The Volume Has Turned Up

You have been going through this massive transformation transmutation for a while now. At this time, in these moments, it's just turned up. The volume has turned up because of the accelerated and high amount of vibrations and light frequencies coming through from the stars, from the sun at this time. And so because of these energies, anything that is held in our being that is really still aligned to the past, it could be memories, consciousness, thoughts, feelings, is being dislodged.

Simultaneous Receiving & Releasing

And this can cause a bit of feeling, not grounded, feeling a bit chaotic, feeling confused. And the reason why is because we are simultaneously receiving new energies and we are also releasing the old. So right now we are in the middle of this process and with these energies coming through from above, it's put this process in acceleration. So we are feeling it in unusual ways in our physical, in our head centers, in our legs.

What the Legs Hold

So our legs might feel a bit heavy, a bit sore, a bit of pain through the knees, through the hips, through the muscles. And that's because our legs aspect of our legs hold stories of the past, hold beliefs and patterns of the past, especially the past of the history of this planet, Mother Earth. So we are dislodging and we're clearing that out of our bodies like it's like historical moments on the planet.

Digestive Shifts & Physical Adaptation

We are shifting that out of our legs with these energies that are coming through. Our digestion is also being affected, and it's because we are we are adapting to the new frequencies and new vibrations. So our digestion is aligning, is getting used to these new energies. So a lot is happening. But please remember you've been going through this already.

Nature as a Stabilising Ally

Just the volume is up with all the frequency coming from above and around us. Being in nature this time in this time will assist you in grounding. Just connecting to the Earth. Because the elemental allies of nature are ready to hold us, are ready to support us as we get used to the new high vibrational light. So the light at the moment is coming through and coming through really fast and strong.

Electrical Currents & Nervous System Overload

And as it comes through our being, it can throw us off because that old dance consciousness is being kicked out of our energy, out of our body. So we can feel a bit unstable, bit imbalanced, and talking energetically. And because of this, it triggers it triggers the electrical currents running through us that go through our physical, our physical self, through our nervous system.

That's been impacted quite strongly, but that's been impacted for a while because of the transmutation. Now, like I said, the fascia is being affected. So because the fascia is pinging, the energy is pinging from here to there in our Sasha system. It activates the memories of the past of things you did and didn't do, of choices you made and the choices you didn't.

Judgment, Overwhelm & Energy Pinging

It also activates because of the pinging judgment, feeling suddenly overwhelmed or anxious. It's these electrical currents of energy moving through your being. Being in nature and earthing and grounding helps the process, because nature in the elemental aspect brings in the vibrations of liquid light, liquid green, the energy of nature of the parts of the trees, of the waters is a container to hold you, to support you, to bring you into its nature.

Nature Holds You in Liquid Light

Bars of light, where you can ground and be held in nature. We can move into the space of stillness and of no time and no thought really easily, and especially right now because of the intensity. It is quite easy for ourselves, our body, our energy to respond to nature. When you do that, often it just automatically happens. As soon as she stepped foot into a park or into the bush or the forest or mountain, or anywhere where you can connect with the trees and with the green of nature, because the green that you see in nature is a reminder, and it will activate this remembering in your cells.

Earth Heart Activation

It is an activation. It is a reminder of the true authentic realm and aspect of Mother Earth, which is love. The color green, forest green, emerald green, deep green is the color of the heart. It is the frequency. Liquid light. Color of the heart. The earth heart. And so when you are in nature, you are activating your Earth heart.

Solar Star: Liquid Gold & Liquid Diamond

For your Earth's heart is now being called to remember because of the transmutation you've been doing, you've been clearing out and releasing a lot of the old the past memories at this time with the energies coming through. It is a bit of an acceleration, of releasing those past memories with the solar star vibration. Now the solar star vibration carries the energies of liquid gold and liquid diamond and it is activated.

Pineal Gland Activation & Crown Energy Centre Expansion

It is activated deeply within the pineal gland of us and also above our crown. These two energy centers are being activated, but they are doing their own dance at the moment. That's happening now. We are continuously clearing out from the cycle, from the solar plexus and the base. But right now it's the solar plexus and the base. And what's being cleared out is the old emotions.

Releasing Shame, Guilt & Core Survival Emotions

The past predominantly shame and guilt connected to the base survival. The fascia is pinging the electric currents from here to there, activating a acceleration of releasing the past memories. There's a lot going on in our system. There's a lot going on in your system. The Earth, mother nature, nature, the elements, the allies of nature are all are all here to support you.

Mother Earth’s Ascension: The Divine Mother Awakens

Nature knows what's going on. The elemental forces of nature is aware is here to support you. As Mother Earth ships out of the old embodiment in the density. And the density is a consciousness that's been here for e aunts. From the first light that came through from the stars and grounded here on the earth. Now this energy, this energy will be activated once again.

So what is being cleared in acceleration right now with the solar star frequencies coming through, we'll take Mother Earth into the realm, into the embodiment of her soul presence, of her higher light presence, which is the Divine Mother. So right now, we are also moving through that within our being for the Divine Mother energy must and will be activated on this planet, and this must be the way, because it's connected to the forces, the pull, the great shift in the cosmos in this solar system, in this universe.

We Are All Moving Together

For we are all in this together. The stars, the Earth, inner. And here within us, inner and external. So everything that's going on is so magnificent and beautiful. We are growing, we are evolving, and we are doing this under the divine grace light of Mother Earth and her soul, her soul light, the Divine Mother. So right now, with all of these incredible energies coming through.
