Why the Sacral and Base Energy Centres Are Central to These Times

Much of what is unfolding right now — both within us and across the Earth — is moving through the lower energy centres. The sacral and base energy centres are at the heart of these shifts, holding keys to clearing old structures and opening new pathways of embodiment, connection, and remembering.

The Lower Energy Centres

I have been speaking about the sacral energy centre and also the base energy centre for a while now. The reason for this is because these lower energy centres — including the solar plexus — are the key energy centres of these times.

Everything that we are going through within our own being, and also on the Earth, is connected to these energy centres within us and within Mother Earth. Right now, we are moving through a particular phase involving these centres, especially the sacral, with the base also coming in again on another level.

Uprooting Patriarch Structures and Survival Programmes

The sacral and the base energy centres are now moving into a deep uprooting and shifting of foundations connected to a very structured, patriarch consciousness — an old consciousness held within us. This energy is directly linked to survival programmes, and these programmes are being dislodged and uprooted from our being at this time.

As this dislodging occurs, it activates certain shifts linked directly to these energy centres.

The Sacral, the Heart, and the Throat

With the sacral energy centre, there are strong links to the heart energy realm and also to the throat energy centre. At the moment, activations and triggering experiences are occurring to clear these pathways.

There is also another layer of base energy centre clearing happening, connected to two-dimensional realities, which are linked to Mother Earth herself.

Earth, the Ecosystem, and the Two-Dimensional Realm

This aspect can create reactions within us that affect the skin and the senses, as two-dimensional consciousness is connected to the Earth’s ecosystem. There is a great deal occurring in nature right now as these energy centres of Mother Earth undergo clearing.

This uprooting of old consciousness — particularly patriarch structures built upon Mother Earth — is something we may see, feel, and witness through nature. These old ages hold historical timelines, and nature steps in to clear those structures, pillars, and ways of being.

Creating Space for the Divine Mother

We have been moving out of an old way of being through the sacral energy centre. We have been dismantling and decluttering, and this process is still ongoing. As this occurs, space is created, and revelations arise from this energy centre.

The sacral energy centre holds a powerful key — one that opens pathways to the Divine Mother, to the Way of the Heart, and to the remembering and returning of the Divine Mother.

Revelations, Creativity, and Trust Beyond Survival

As energies are cleared and pillars of old consciousness are dismantled, greater expanse and clarity become available. Revelations begin to come through these energy centres, often experienced as inspiration, lightness, and a sense of creative elixir.

This creativity is not simply artistic — it is the energy that inspires and activates a more grounded sense of trust, allowing us to see and feel beyond survival programmes.

Ascension of the Base, Sacral, and Solar Plexus

This process is strongly connected to the sacral energy centre, while the base energy centre — rooted in survival foundations — is particularly active right now. It is bringing to the surface the patriarch structures held within our being.

At the same time, the base, sacral, and solar plexus energy centres are moving through processes of ascension and enlightenment. As this occurs, there is a growing sense of expanse and moments of liquid-light consciousness.

Liquid Light Structures and New Embodiments

The base energy centre is also forming new liquid-light structures. New pillars of liquid light are rising through our being and across the Earth, assisting us to ground into new embodiments and new consciousness.

These shifts occur first through the lower energy centres — the base, the sacral, and the solar plexus — before linking with the middle and upper energy centres.

Collaboration of the Sacral, Heart, and Throat

At this time, the sacral, heart, and throat energy centres are moving into collaboration. When these three centres work together, they create a powerful vessel through which authentic source light can move into physical reality.

This is the process of grounding your soul, your higher selves, and your divine being here on Earth, within your physical embodiment.

This is the ascension and remembering process we are in during these times of great change.
