I'm Nancy Valentine Smith.

Since the Lions Gate and through the two eclipses, we have been in a very big time of great change. What Nancy is seeing right now is that our physical reality is undergoing a major shift in its structure. Many are experiencing movement into the unknown. And what we are in at this moment is the many crossroads of choices.

We are clearing and healing predominantly the old stories held in the physical — in the very structure of our physical body. Hard-wired beliefs, stories and programmes that have been embedded deeply are now being cleared out, and this is occurring under a very high, accelerated frequency. We are changing at a quickening rate.

Waves of Energy — Why You Feel Flat One Moment and Clear the Next

The energies that are coming through right now arrive in waves. This means there will be moments of feeling really flat, down, off-centre, wobbly — and then a wave of clarity moves through. This is not inconsistency. This is the nature of the frequencies coming in from the stars, from the mapping and the energy meridian lines of the star systems, as they interact with our being here on Earth.

This can cause a feeling of being off-balance in the axis of our being — grounded, but not fully here. That feeling of being not quite present is real. It is because our axis is a little off-centre as it adjusts to what is moving through.

The Earth Is Shifting Too — Old Portals Closing, New Ones Opening

This destabilisation is not only occurring within us. It is happening in the Earth itself. Old systems and old portals — old pillars of energy on the planet — are now closing, and new pillars, new points of energy, are beginning to come through in their place.

This movement is causing a destabilising energy here on Earth, in the inner Earth realm, and within our beings and our bodies. There have been a great deal of energy rumblings in the legs, knees, hips and lower back — and this is directly connected to our three-dimensional physical structure and its alignment with the Earth's own shifting grid.

Since the Lions Gate, the eclipses and the many star activations that have occurred and are still occurring, there has been a fast track of vibrations coming through. We are growing. We are remembering quickly — and that remembering is happening not only in our energy fields but in our physical, tangible embodiment.

Déjà Vu — But Not of the Past

Something interesting is occurring alongside all of this. There are strong feelings of déjà vu moving through — but Nancy makes an important distinction. This is not déjà vu of what was. It is déjà vu of what is coming through.

This is a different feeling entirely. And it is a vessel — it is here to assist us align with the way of the heart, with the energies of light, of connection, of kinship and of unity. Because right now on the planet, there is so much activity of an old way rooted in separation and fear, expressed at its highest charge. And this feeling of familiar-but-new is one of the ways our being is navigating toward the light that is coming.

The Golden Keys Within You

In the midst of so much external activity and noise, Nancy brings the focus back to what is held within. Everything within you carries powerful keys — golden keys — to create more light, more connection, more peace and more kindness here on Earth.

These keys are held in the structure and consciousness within ourselves, within the portals of our meridians, and within the records of our physical being. The physical feelings and intensity you have been moving through are connected to the revelation of your multidimensional levels — the many layers of who you truly are, being revealed.

Sovereignty — Moving the Middle Force Between You and Source

One of the most significant shifts Nancy speaks to in this transmission is the movement of what she calls the middle force — the intermediary that we have placed, over many lifetimes, between ourselves and source light.

September 2026 is a time where there is a shift in the timelines of the past and realities connected to philosophy, spirituality and religion. The old systems — all religion, all philosophy, the New Age movement — are being called to loosen their grip on being the only voice that links a person and the collective to source light. This is happening all around us and within us.

What is emerging in its place is the sovereignty of your own being, your own soul. The I Am presence. The Christ consciousness. The Sophia consciousness. These are held within us — and what we are doing now is moving the blocks and false constructs around this, to really see and feel that presence as our own.

The records held in the knees, hips and lower back carry the history of past lives and past times where we gave our power away to hierarchies and systems. This time is the shifting out of those records.

The Medicine of Grief

Nancy has spoken of this before and she returns to it here with great depth: the overarching, oversoul emotion for all of us right now is grief.

Grief has many dimensions and many realms to its medicine. Many are experiencing grief in its pain — in its wound, its trauma, its feeling of aloneness, separation and abandonment. And that level of grief is very much connected to our Earth living.

But the medicine of grief is vast, powerful and magnificent. Because when you move through that very earthly grief, you begin moving into the other aspects of grief — and eventually you arrive at the power and the mysticism of grief. This is when grief begins to gift you.

In its highest self, its highest medicine, grief is the key that takes you into the chambers of the higher heart. Into the chambers of the Christ consciousness. What Nancy describes as beyond the resurrection.

There Is No Wrong Choice

As we move through the rest of 2026, the many choices and paths to move upon will be presented to us. And Nancy is clear: there is no wrong choice. We choose from a place of frequency-specific alignment.

When you are clearing, healing and shifting, you are creating more expansion in your being. You are creating more space — space that is no longer filled with old data or old beliefs. And as that clearing continues, you will naturally move into alignment with your soul's higher self direction. This will happen naturally.

Nature as Portal — How to Ground Right Now

In the practical wisdom of this transmission, Nancy's guidance is clear: go into nature. Nature takes you directly into the present moment — into the presence of the presence. Nature only exists in the present.

The earth, the roots, the trees, the wind — these are portals. They take you into the great circle, the sacred circle. No beginning, no end. Movement. A golden consciousness.

When you sit in stillness in prayer or meditation, allow it to be a turning inward — toward the source light within you, not a projection outward into the external. This is the shift that is occurring. The connection to source light is being reclaimed from within.

Go to nature. Listen. Acknowledge. Be present. Allow. Be grateful. Be kind to each other. Sit in the stillness of your everlasting, infinite presence.

We Have Entered the Path of the Divine Mother

Subtly, gently, powerfully — we have entered the return. The return onto the path of the Divine Mother.

Nature takes us into the sacred geometrics of the original creator source light here on Earth. This is held in the waterways of our being. It is found through the sacrament of the heart.

There are new frequencies coming through. New ways of listening are opening for us. And everything we are moving through — the clearing, the grief, the destabilisation, the revelation — is part of arriving, more fully, into the sacred circle.
