A deep exploration of astral detox, lower-realm release, and how to stay balanced between Earth and Spirit during these powerful star transitions.

Hello and welcome,

In between major placements in the stars — such as the full moons we’ve been moving through and will continue to experience until year’s end — we receive waves of accelerated energy. What you’re already feeling in your transformation and transmutation amplifies during these times.

Between each celestial event — every full moon, super moon, and alignment — we enter a transition period. These star portals act as gateways or checkpoints, heightening whatever we’re experiencing. Right now, we are in such a transition. Movement occurs across the realms of our being and in the external reality as we balance our physical and spiritual worlds.

This phase brings up deep vibrations connected to disempowerment. The lower astral realm — the subconscious strata where toxins and pollutants of fear are stored — is being stirred. This is why bouts of exhaustion, fogginess, or the need to nap may appear suddenly.

As the lower astral releases, vivid or heavy dreams may arise. They aren’t “dark” dreams; they’re the culmination of old energies surfacing to clear. These detox waves can affect digestion, the tummy, and emotional processing. Simultaneously, the heart and third-eye centres are clearing disappointment, grief, frustration, and regret. Allow these feelings to move without dwelling in them.

You are now grounding the new while releasing the old. Resistance and frustration may flare — they’re signs of detox. The key is self-care: walks, gentleness, breathing, herbal tea, stillness. Honour the body’s needs, especially when heat rises through shamanic transmutation.

Expect three transitional phases through the rest of this year. Four days before and after major celestial events, everything intensifies — dreams, emotions, physical sensations. Prepare by creating supportive routines: rest, hydrate, simplify.

When anger or regret appear, meet them with compassion. Don’t debate with the mind. Acknowledge the feeling: “I’m sorry, I love you, thank you. I’ve got you. It’s okay. We’re moving forward.” Speak kindly to yourself and remember how far you’ve come.

These transitions dredge the sediments of fear — fear of the dark, the unknown, the unseen. They link to ancient collective beliefs around good versus evil, light versus dark. These are dissolving. You are not in danger; you are participating in the purification of the astral plane within and around you.

As those sediments clear, beliefs inherited through religion, culture, and generational programming are being rewritten in light. Each major placement — moon, star, or planetary — activates another layer of this clearing.

Support yourself with meditation, movement, and kindness. Listen to your body, especially your tummy — it knows what nourishes you. Above all, turn up the volume on self-love.
