The Solar Plexus Shift: Clearing Old Consciousness & Preparing for Activation

Hello and welcome,

Today I am bringing through a activation and energy activation to assist you at this time. But before I do that, I'm going to share with you about the current energies that is occurring and its effects on us at the moment.

With all the work that is happening in our being as we are clearing, shifting, healing and releasing so much of the old energies, this is occurring in our lower energy centers, in particular the base, sacral and solar plexus and all these energies that we are clearing, transmuting is all connected to the past.

Base & Sacral: What’s Being Cleared

Now the base and the sacral in particular are very close to the clearing out of our consciousness. In our being, the base in a general sense is about the foundations, the roots of our consciousness, the way we live, our being, the way we move in our life.

The sacral is the energy, just in a general way, where creation occurs. Creativity — where we move from this space when it's really in a healthy vibration — we move from this space in inspiration.

So the base, when we move from that space, we should move from that space in grounding, in support, and being connected to all aspects of our being.

Everything that we're going through at this time is clearing out some very old energies and old consciousness that is connected with the bigger picture, because right now we are in the Age of Aquarius.

The Acceleration of the Age of Aquarius

So as we've entered into the Age of Aquarius — actually, before we entered into the Age of Aquarius — this process started. As we are in the Age of Aquarius, it's the acceleration. Things are speeding up energetically to clear out the old. That's the base and sacral. That's what it's doing in the transmutation.

The solar plexus is also coming in and is activated to now clear out its centre.

Solar Plexus: Clearing the Collective Programs

Now this is a very vast space, a very vast space, because the solar plexus, in one aspect of its energy, connects us to that collective consciousness.

So the base and sacral is very personal. There are aspects of it connected to the collective, but it's when you get to the solar plexus that you are influenced, that you are impacted by the collective consciousness — the group consciousness — community, tribes. This is all held in one of the aspects of the solar plexus.

So part of what we are feeling is the clearing out in our solar plexus, which is that energy of our individual self — how our individual self moves into its own empowerment, its own energy, with these over-lighting vibrations of that community, collective consciousness.

Clearing Survival Programs

So that's why when we clear out, start clearing out the base and sacral, that's going to assist us moving into our own presence with courage and grounding, because by clearing out the base and sacral, we're clearing out any energies that keep us in the old patterns and programs connected to survival.

Because the solar plexus is that place, is that point, is that sense, doorway where we start moving into what we call our I Am presence.

The Solar Plexus & the Ego

So as we move into that space, all that clearing starts occurring and transmutation into the solar plexus. From the solar plexus we start clearing a lot of old consciousness that is connected and around our ego, because it's in the solar plexus energy center where our ego starts to have a voice, have an influence. And this usually starts to happen for us around the age of 12, 13, 14 years old in our timeline.

So at the moment we are also clearing out those beliefs, those projections and programs that have been taken on through our family patterns, but also from the collective.

The Solar Plexus Holds the History of Ages

The collective consciousness through the solar plexus holds the memories of the events of the history of the different ages of this planet. So in the solar plexus we hold a very interesting program connected to the survival energy held in the base.

It's an aspect that's held in the solar plexus that is aligned to the collective survival consciousness. That collective survival consciousness comes from the different history, events, times and ages that have occurred on the planet.

So in this Age of Aquarius that we are in, the acceleration of the dismantling of these consciousness is occurring.

Dismantling Old Structures of Fear & Control

So for us individually, in our process, in the journey we're on, when we move into the solar plexus energy center, we start moving out the old energies that keep us tied to the structures of fear, control — in that collective survival consciousness.

And so how we might feel it is through the feelings of energy that feels like glitchy scrambling in our head centers, because the solar plexus at a young age activates the relationship that the solar plexus will start having with the ego. So it activates that ego consciousness. And that usually happens around 12, 13, 14.

So right now we are transmuting and clearing any energies and stories around the solar plexus that has defined, that has imprinted us on who we are, which is influenced by that collective structure of survival, of fear, which gets charged in energy and its direct link with our survival programs in the base.

The Three Lower Centres Working Together

That's why these three lower energy centers is where a lot of our undoing, clearing, releasing is occurring, because these three lower energy centers is the template — the engine — the energy inside of us here being on Earth.

When we get to the solar plexus, we start connecting and opening up to, on a certain level, this expansive space that gets activated in our remembering of why we are here, our purpose.

Activation of the Ego & Thought Spirals

As the solar plexus within you starts undoing, transmuting the survival fear energies from that center, it activates really, really strongly the ego consciousness — the head centers. So that could look or feel like that at times as you are moving forward, you have thoughts or feelings that take you into the past.

That's the ego consciousness that's being activated because the solar plexus is asking you and collaborating with you to clear out any stories and events that have kept you in disempowerment and not seeing and not remembering your authentic self.

The Third Level: Passage to Higher Dimensional Aspects

Now all the energy centres do this — the lower energy centres — they all do. This is just in the solar plexus we start moving into that expanse. And it's like that passage, that passage that takes us — it's the third level — the third level that takes us into other dimensional aspects of our being.

This is where we can start moving out of the three-dimensional and the fourth-dimensional consciousness.

But remember, this is the centre with these energies, these programs connected to the collective consciousness — the collective consciousness, fear and survival programs — that we hold in the Kiva aspect of the solar plexus.

The Wheel of Fortune Within You

And those energies carry the story of the history, the different events, the different shifts and the different ages of here on the planet.

This Age of Aquarius takes everything into acceleration.

I see it like this: our solar plexus is the in-between of heaven and earth. Our solar plexus is like the hub, and the spokes of the wheel are the radiation — the energies coming from that hub in the solar plexus — of different possibilities, of different realities.

As we transmute and clear that old consciousness of disempowerment, and all the energies around survival and fear in the solar plexus, those energies — those spokes — like from a wheel, come from the hub of the solar plexus and radiate out into the field.

The Wheel Starts Turning

And as they radiate out to the field, the wheel — the Wheel of Fortune — starts moving forward.

Now what I mean by the Wheel of Fortune is the wheel of opportunity that is based and inspired, based and inspired through the collaboration with the base and energy centres.

So you're clearing a lot from your base and sacral energy centres. And as that moves to the solar plexus and you’re clearing now the solar plexus consciousness, that expansion will start occurring.

Entering the New

And it's like a wheel — the hub is in your solar plexus. The spokes of the wheel start vibrating in like frequency and radiate out into the field of your being, of your consciousness.

The wheel starts moving, starts moving you into the new, out of the old, into the new — directed by your light, authentic light source that powers this Wheel of Fortune, wheel of opportunity, here on Earth.

The Bridge Between Heaven & Earth

Solar plexus is the centre — the energy centre — the bridge between heaven and earth within you. This is the centre where you start moving through the radiation, through the spokes of the wheel, from the hub solar plexus into the dimensional — the higher dimensional realms.

Shifting Collective Programming

So at this time, you are also in the process of shifting so much, and it's very much connected to that collective programming, shifting this out of your solar plexus while also clearing the base and the sacral, because those three lower energy centres are working all together.

Now remember, please, that the solar plexus is also in collaboration and works with the head centres, the mind, the ego consciousness. So that's why also, there's this acceleration to shift your perceptions, to be aware of how you see, how you perceive your reality.

Perceiving your reality — from either lack or abundance.

A Time of Rapid Shift

Be very gentle with yourself because this is a massive process, and we are going through this in accelerated vibrations. Be kind. Be gentle. Know that this is a rapid shift and that's why it can feel — and can also be — so overwhelming, because it's an acceleration.

So when you feel overwhelmed, just move into that place of calming your body, just in that stillness. Relaxing.

Preparing for the Activation

If you're finding it hard to meditate, just calming and relaxing your body — it's like you're bringing peace. You're de-escalating the intensity — the heightened frequency — moving through your energy field and moving through your physical being.

I would like to share with you an exercise, an energy exercise that I will bring through to assist you with the shifting, the clearing that you are going through. This exercise, this energy gentle support activation, is coming through that I will bring through to hold and support you as you move through the transmutation.

It is very simple. It is very gentle, but it is also very powerful in its giving.
