The In-Between Time | Deep Clearing in the Base and Sacral Energy Centres

As we move through this in-between time, many are experiencing deep emotional release, fatigue, and a sense of being ungrounded. This phase involves profound clearing in the base and sacral energy centres, where old structures of fear, lack, and survival are being dismantled to support a shift into a more fluid, connected way of being.

Hello and welcome,

At this time, what we are feeling is deeply connected to this transition time — the in-between time. What is occurring now is a very deep dive into the foundations of our being, and this deep dive is taking place within the base and sacral energy centres.

A Deep Dive into the Foundations of Our Being

Our foundations — the different layers of consciousness held within our energy centres — are going through a clearing, a decluttering. This can activate and trigger certain emotions. Because this deep dive is occurring in the base energy centre, some of the overwhelm we may be feeling is connected to our sense of safety and security, to struggle, lack, and even our mortality.

What is being brought to the surface are the old structures connected to this consciousness. These structures have held certain ways of living and being in place for a very long time.

We have been in this process for a while now — moving through shifts, healings, and clearings. But right now, we are in the deeper realms of these foundations. As overwhelming emotions arise and are expressed in different ways, it is because specific energies are being brought up to be dissolved.

Living in the In-Between

The key is to recognise that we are in the in-between time — the transition time. We are out of the old and moving into the new. There are aspects of us still held in old structures, predominantly in the base and sacral energy centres, and there are aspects of us already moving into the new space.

This is why we feel different.

We may not feel like the same person we were a week ago, a month ago, or even last year. There are moments where we feel expansive, and then moments where we feel unsure of where we are. This is because we are in the in-between, and the energies have been very strong and intense.

Mental Fog, Fatigue, and Shifting Perception

At times, these energies can create glitches in our head and energy centres. It may feel difficult to hold a thought or stay focused. This is because there is a shift occurring in the head centres, particularly around perception.

How we see the world, ourselves, and others has been shaped by old structures of struggle. These perceptions are now shifting. You may feel ungrounded or unfocused, but this is part of moving out of the old way of seeing, connected to the deep clearing of our foundations.

Dissolving Old Structures

We are dissolving what I refer to as the old structural consciousness held within the base — an energetic system formed through history, genetics, and ways of life on this planet. This system is now being dismantled, and much of this work is happening within us.

There may be moments where you feel grounded, clear, and expansive, followed by moments of overwhelm, frustration, irritation, or instability. This is because the foundations are being pulled up to be cleared.

What we are moving toward is a more fluid, light-filled consciousness — one of flow, connection, and kinship — aligned with authentic life.

Acceleration and Emotional Release

Each day and moment may feel very different. This is connected to the acceleration of the energies we are in. Often, the internal shifts we are experiencing do not match the external reality, which can create feelings of disconnection or isolation.

Thoughts of the past may arise — memories of times when life felt more connected or socially rich. Please know that everyone is moving through this shift in their own timing.

If feelings of aloneness arise, allow them. Be with them. If nostalgia comes up, let it be held in joy — remembering the good times with warmth rather than loss. There is power in this kind of remembrance.

Fatigue, Dreams, and Deep Clearing

Much of this clearing occurs during sleep and through our dreams. The fatigue many are feeling is connected to stored energy being lifted from the foundations of our being.

As this happens, you may notice a strong pull into presence — into the moment. Old thoughts of lack or worry may no longer hold in the same way. There is an invitation into allowing, into being.

Liquid Light and the Divine Mother

As we move into greater expanses of light consciousness, we begin dismantling structures of fear, lack, and struggle. This process is activating the heart of the Earth and our own hearts. Tears, emotional releases, and deep softening may occur.

We are entering a resonance of liquid light consciousness — a way of being rooted in flow and light. This is the foundation of the Divine Mother.

These energies are arriving in waves and doses, as part of an alchemical process. This is not only happening within us, but also on Mother Earth herself, as she moves into Divine Mother consciousness.

Stepping Out of the Old Embodiment

At times, what we are going through may not align with what is happening externally. The external world is reflecting the dismantling of old structures, just as we are moving through them internally.

The heaviness and fatigue you may feel are signatures of old structures leaving. When moments of relief come, you may notice that your body, cells, and energy field feel lighter and more luminous.

This is a simultaneous process — the old dissolving, the new arriving.

A New Level of Heart Consciousness

We have entered a vast realm of the heart. The path of the heart will continue to clear and declutter, bringing emotions and thoughts to the surface to be released.

At the same time, heart consciousness is activating more fully, shifting our head centres, pineal gland, and crown.

This is an extraordinary time. We are still in the in-between, but not for long. This is a powerful and necessary phase of deep transmutation.
