Each month, Your Energy Guide is a space where I share perspective on the energetic landscape we’re moving through — not to overwhelm, but to help you understand what may be unfolding within you and around you, and to move through it with a little more clarity and steadiness.
Your July Energy Guide
I know it’s been tough yet again with these continuous energies of change. It can be overwhelming because it is natural to sometimes externalise this process. Many times, we try to work it out through our thoughts, while our body is telling us a different story.
During these times of intensity, please know that there are realms of light coming through, and it is our ability to attune to this that we are developing.
In the midst of great struggle and suffering here on Mother Earth, the power of our connection, our kinship, is the changemaker for Earth.
How we witness, how we see, and what we do with that is the path of the sacred activist.
July 2026 to 2030 is the vessel of this way.
This month of July brings us the energies of water and fire. Over-lighting this is the expulsion process of Mother Earth, Nature, through the Shaman of the Elements – Storm.
Our emotions will be stirred to release. Deep in the waters of our being are aspects of toxicity that now need to be cleared, so the inner fortifying energies of strength, of connecting to self, of knowing the self, can take hold, can begin.
July is about deep emotional healing, to step into your power.
There are parts within us that have functioned from survival and from a space of not feeling safe. So the actions and non-actions, not expressing, and so much more have come from wanting to be safe. The toxins of this are what’s being called to be cleared.
The fire element is also coming in, activating the intensity of this process.
Boundaries, protection, and grounding are important in this month of July. Support yourself, back yourself up, and it’s okay to step away, or at the very least, protect yourself from projections.
July starts the transmutation of the historical disempowerment around the Feminine within all of us and on the planet. This is a consciousness that has many layers and realities to it.
The fire energy this month is urging us to take responsibility for the healing or the understanding of our wounds. The projections, the leaking, are the revelation of the toxicity of an old system.
Anger and grief, which are fire and water, are potent. We are definitely in the unknown, so kindness is important.
July will activate the boundaries of the dimensional consciousness within us and around us. For example, the emotions of anger and grief are three dimensional. To project them outwards through blame, through separation, is fourth dimensional. To work with the elemental forces is to rest, is to be kind to yourself and others, to allow the tears to flow, to allow the anger to transmute through writing, through movement. This is the fifth dimensional entry point.
In July, you are diving deep into the waters of your discontent. And through the Way of the Heart that’s you, you will rise into the warmth of the fires, activating courage and boldness to move forward.
In nature, we will continue to see the departure of many from the tree clans. This uprooting will, and is, causing a seismic reaction to an overload of fear and separation held in the soil.
There is definitely a shift in the mapping of our thoughts and perceptions.
From July 16, we will start feeling the incoming energies of the Lion’s Gate on the 8:8. There are definitely specific alignments that will be guiding us from the Stars, and from the inner Earth there will be openings through the standing stones.
The crystals to work with in this month of July are Black Tourmaline and Labradorite. As there is a possibility there will be a lot of emotional transmutations occurring, these crystals will support, protect, and ground you during this time.
You can visualise these in your meditations as Pillars of Black Tourmaline and Labradorite Light, surrounding you as you sit in the middle of a circle with these pillars surrounding you.
Black Tourmaline assists with clearing toxins. It is a grounding crystal of protection and support, especially for the emotional pain body.
Labradorite supports and protects your sensitivity when you are feeling vulnerable.
Both crystals together are powerful allies to have in this month of July, as a lot around the emotional realms will be brought to the surface.
You can also carry these crystals with you in their tumblestone form. Labradorite on your left side and Black Tourmaline on your right side.

The Earth and Star Wisdom™ Modality
The first Pillar Teaching of Earth and Star Wisdom™ begins this Sunday, July 5th.
In Level One of the Lemurian Energy Centres Teaching, we will be grounding very important knowledge — new knowledge — to build clear, strong foundations of the Lemurian way, the Lemurian embodiment, and why it matters.
You will learn about the energy centres themselves, where they are placed within you, and the purpose and wisdom they hold.
You will come to understand that the Lemurian Universe and its energy centres are actual portals — to quantum realms and to future selves returning.
As you begin learning about the Lemurian Energy Centres, you will also begin to experience and feel the introduction of this new embodiment.
Even at Level One, the Lemurian Energy Centres carry high alchemy.
If something in you is saying yes to this — your place is still available.
With the energies you are moving through in July, know that it is the month that begins the acceleration of transformation for the rest of this decade, which means we are going to feel continuous change within our being and how we relate and connect to the external reality. The choices of your becoming is many. It becomes clearer for you when the parts within you start healing the aloneness and separation they hold. And this is all held in the emotional realm.
