Each month, Your Energy Guide is a space where I share perspective on the energetic landscape we’re moving through — not to overwhelm, but to help you understand what may be unfolding within you and around you, and to move through it with a little more clarity and steadiness.
Your April Energy Guide
April brings in the acceleration of the momentum to move forward in the physical realities.
April is about feeling this in our physical domain, within our body, within our life. Part of this will be the call to let go of old patterns and habits that are connected to our physical. These old patterns and habits expressed through the physical are usually triggered by our emotional pain body and thoughts.
Our imbalances will show up to be revealed during this time.
We are entering a new cycle.
The first half of April we will be detoxing aspects of the solar plexus. The mind will try and dominate this process, but it’s important to focus on really grounding in your body in each moment.
Many will feel the activation of movement, focus, and grounding, with an incoming view of the new.
There is a specific, old consciousness that has its roots in our self-worth, our self-image, the play of our power dynamics within the world, within our life, that is being activated, to be transmuted and to evolve.
Alchemy is at play again this month, but the focus is on our physical reality and our bodies.
There will be strong feelings that will come up in April, connected to movement. There is an internal and external feeling to shift one’s landscape they are in.
We have been doing so much work in our self-realisation, in our remembering. It’s time for inspired action, that comes from the directive of our higher self.
This is possible in April, as we are also detoxing and decluttering the solar plexus and our thoughts, to hear this.
April is a new cycle, a movement in our physical world, our life.
The fire element fanned by the Age of Aquarius through the waterways of our being – liquid light embodiment.

This is an Affirmation that you can say as often as you want throughout this month of April.
You will feel these words as light moving through your being.
I am disciplined in compassion,
going into the depths of my cells,
grounding Light in my body.
Earth and Star Wisdom™ – Starts in May
In mid to late May, I will begin the first Teachings of Earth and Star Wisdom™.
The Earth and Star Wisdom™ is vast. It is the remembering of this wisdom that I have brought through from other timelines and other lives.
It has its roots connected to the different Star Systems connected to the Earth lore, the energy links and alignments to the way of Lemuria and the Roseline. It carries a depth of knowledge that extends beyond what we currently understand.
The Earth and Star Wisdom Modality is delivered face to face and online, through a series of Modules.
And within each Module, there are teachings, activations, and integration processes, so that what is shared is not just something you understand — it’s something you experience within your body, your cells, and your consciousness.
The teachings are very apt for the time that we are in now and the future.

What we are beginning to feel now is the early movement of a much greater consciousness returning.
There is a lot of clearing that is occurring in the areas of shame, of guilt, and other emotions that have kept us in a place of restriction — of not moving forward and not really feeling like we deserve to be happy, that we deserve to be abundant, that we deserve to be loved, and so on. All that desirability connected to self-worth is held in the solar plexus and sacral energy centres, and as that energy moves, it does cause a bit of argy bargy because there is a self-realisation happening.
There is a realisation that occurs in your cells, and it is in the realms of your feelings.
Now, this is strong at the moment for all of us because we’re needing to clear up, to cleanse, to detox those energy centres, because they are major portals and keys in alignment to the Divine Mother. What is also happening as we move through 2026, 2030, 2031 and into 2032, is that you are going to start experiencing the vibrations and frequency of the Lemurian high consciousness.
I talk a lot about the Lemurian energies and the Lemurian knowledge.
The Lemurian consciousness has been held deeply in the waterways — the waterways of Mother Earth and the waterways of our being. As we continue to cleanse the lower energy centres of the base, the sacral, and solar plexus, we are able to access those vibrations and knowledge for here on Earth. That is the great wisdom of the Lemurian high consciousness.
For the Lemurian energies are here now, not in some ancient past, but right here, now — as they always have been. We can never say that Lemuria has been relegated to some distant mythical past, that it was an ancient civilisation. No, Lemuria has always been here, for Lemuria is the present moment, the present consciousness.

As we move through April, there may be a stronger sense of movement within you — a pull to shift, to change, to step forward in ways that perhaps you have been holding back from.
The solar plexus is still in process, but now there is a call to bring that clearing into the physical — into your body, into your actions, into your life.
There may be moments where old patterns arise again, particularly around self-worth, control, or how you have held yourself in the world. This is part of the detox. This is part of the reorganisation.
April is a new cycle, movement in your physical world.
The beginning of something taking form.
