I’m really happy to be sharing this month’s Energy Guide with you.
This January guide marks the beginning of a new format I’ll be using going forward, where my monthly energy guidance is shared as a written offering you can return to in your own time.
While I’ve been sharing energy guidance with you through newsletters for many years, from here each Energy Guide will be held in an archive, creating a growing library as new guides are added.
As this new format unfolds, future Energy Guides will include a link where you can access previous months if you’d like to revisit them.
In this January Energy Guide, I’m sharing a deeper look into the transition we’re moving through — both collectively and within our own bodies and lives. The in-between space we find ourselves in right now can bring unfamiliar sensations and feelings, and at times things may feel unsettled or unclear.
I also touch into the broader energies of this year — what is beginning to come through, what is gently dissolving, and how to support yourself as these shifts integrate.
I’ve included an affirmation for January as a simple anchor you can return to, and I’ll also share details about our upcoming live gathering if you feel called to join us.

Your January Energy Guide — The In-Between
As we enter into this new year, we are very clearly in a space of transition. Any discomfort being felt at this time is connected to feeling into the new — into the unknown. We are moving forward, and our internal guidance will continue to strengthen as the mechanisms of old programmes are gradually deleted.
January is a month of transition — the in-between — before the coming in of the Fire Horse. The year of the Fire Horse carries the presence of the ancient Star collective, moving through the elemental energies of fire, birthed through meteorite showers, known and unknown. This is the over-lighting presence of 2026.
The incoming of these energies will expedite humanity into its chosen alignments.
At a personal level, the discomfort you may be feeling right now is because there is a deep dive occurring into the pools of your energy centres — in particular, the solar plexus and the sacral. This is a retrieval process: a descent into the hidden treasures, the gold of your enlightened self, anchoring into the physical.
This deep dive can create chaotic sensations — glitches in the head centres, discombobulation in the body, and a sense of feeling upside-down or ungrounded. On one level, this is because you have broken through an internal system that has been held in a controlling format within your consciousness. When these systems collapse, the nervous system needs time to recalibrate.
In this in-between time, be gentle with yourself. Rest when you need to. This phase will not last long.
Collectively, the responsibility — which is simply the ability to respond — of lightworkers and way-showers is to move into a place of courage, kindness, and the continued collapsing of judgement within. This assists not only one’s own journey, but also this beautiful green and blue planet — Mother Earth herself.
This is the contingency and activation coming in from the Stars.
The year 2026 brings to the forefront of our consciousness, on all levels, the Divine Feminine — the Divine Mother. The beginning of the great resurrection of the Great Mother is at hand. There will be developments connected to her natural resources that may appear overwhelming, yet they are part of the remembering.
On another level, this is a time of quickening. Many activations across different realms will be connected to this rising — this resurrection — of the Divine Feminine.
One of these realms will be the arts and music. Many of the muses of the Great Mother will begin to feel the pulse of a new way to express and transmit the keys and light of the New Renaissance. This renaissance activates the Sacred Geometric Circles first held during the original Renaissance, yet never fully completed due to interference from the Father-God structures.
Much was hidden within those structures — keys and codes of the Divine Mother — preserved to keep the memory alive within the collective consciousness.
From 2026 onwards, the veil of the Great Mother lifts.
The importance and impact of the arts and music cannot be underestimated. These realms will become powerful guides, leading the collective back into the Great Circle of all that is Love — Divine Mother’s Love. For across eons of cause and effect, through timelines layered upon timelines, many have lived within the consciousness of being motherless.
From 2026 onwards, the clarion call to return has begun.
This short time we are in now is the threshold — the in-between. We stand at multiple crossings: beginnings and endings, dark and light, past and future. This movement is occurring deep within our being.
Hold in your seeing — your witnessing — visions of peace on Earth, unity, and the way of the Heart. Walk the path of Love.
The full activation of the new year will anchor in through the Chinese New Year. From the Chinese New Year through to the March Equinox, there will be a strong pull — an urge to create, to inspire, to take action, to gather and collaborate, and to express. The muses of the Fire Horse will be felt.

First started in 2013, the Beloved Teachings — Rose Line Workshops open again in 2026, now available to all who feel drawn to gather and participate.
Guided by Mary Magdalene, these teachings return at their next level. The Beloved Teachings hold particular significance for the phases we are now entering and are ready to be shared once more.
Please mark 22 March 2026 in your calendar — a time to gather and enter the sacred circle of the Divine Mother through the Rose Line.
