Each month, Your Energy Guide is a space where I share perspective on the energetic landscape we’re moving through — not to overwhelm, but to help you understand what may be unfolding within you and around you, and to move through it with a little more clarity and steadiness.
Your March Energy Guide
There is a lot of heightened energy as we move through different spaces of releasing what was once known. With an array of planetary activity that calls us to tend to the nitty gritty patterns and aspects of our being, finding clarity can be intense.
The emotional body is being activated to release aspects of grief. This can feel like shards of overwhelm, impatience, and triggered sensitivity. As we move through these tender spots, we seem to be in alignment with the neuropathy of Mother Earth’s Meridian lines.
It’s really important to try to assist yourself by moving into a gentle space of calmness and ease. A lot of what is coming through and being felt comes from the realms of the solar plexus. This seems to be the theme for this month of March.
March also takes us to the threshold between the solar plexus and the Heart, and this is a threshold of allowing, where our patterns of control need to dissolve. Discord might be felt within, and this is an indication of our survival contractual blueprints, which is what we have put in place to feel safe, to feel valued, to feel part of, through our own version of order and control.
The energy coming through in March brings a light to this. As we move through the transmutations of our different aspects and realms, we reach certain points and levels, and in this time heading towards the Equinox on March 22, we are at a point, a level of letting go of old structures connected to an old way of being and a relationship between the mind and solar plexus. This is because these parts of us have been programmed from the survival consciousness. Some of the symptoms we are feeling are heightened emotions, frustration, resentment, and unusual intensity throughout our system.
There is clearing connected to this occurring in our astral bodies. Our protection aspects are being pulled out of our system to evolve, to let go, and let God within take over, and this is not comfortable.
I see this month of March, especially leading to the Equinox, as the alchemy of the Christ Consciousness, through the Sophia Codes at the threshold of a new dawn, between our Solar Plexus and Heart Energy centres. The astrological portals of this month are assisting us through activations and revelations of our structures of order and control.
Through the enlightened feelings of peace and trust, the expressions towards yourself of calmness, stillness, and gentleness will be the remedies that will assist and guide you.
Grounding and keeping your energy clear and cleansed will support you. There is astral debris leaving the emotional pain body. This is a time of great shifts around our personal power in collaboration with the Way of the Heart.

As we move through March, it may feel at times as though things are intensifying rather than settling — the old is being dislodged.
The solar plexus structures are loosening. The heart is beginning to take a more central place. And as that shift occurs, there can be moments of discomfort, uncertainty, or internal friction.
Return to your centre.
Not to bypass what is arising, but to steady yourself within it.
Stillness will be important. Gentleness will be important. The way you hold yourself through this will matter more than the speed at which things dissolve.
There is movement occurring beneath the surface.
The Way of the Heart is strengthening, quietly, steadily, within you.
