Each month, Your Energy Guide is a space where I share perspective on the energetic landscape we’re moving through — not to overwhelm, but to help you understand what may be unfolding within you and around you, and to move through it with a little more clarity and steadiness.
Your May Energy Guide
There are strong currents of different astral realms that are knocking us around. The subconsciousness portals are wide open, which brings to us feelings of heaviness and that extra thickness of density, especially around our ability to ground and focus.
Many are having intense and strange dreams that feel very real. These dreams come from the subterranean inner scape of our subconscious. It looks and feels to me like a very dystopian consciousness that is seeping through, trying to find a landing place. I’ve seen this kind of energy before while doing sacred technician work.
What this energy is trying to do is to confuse, overwhelm, and trigger a full alert in our fear and flight, predominantly in our sacral energy centre. I know that these energies won’t land, because there is already an abundance of light that is moving into sacred positioning here on Earth.
These energies are just stirring up aspects within us and humanity that have been complacent in being disempowered. There are definitely many quickenings and shifts of realities and paths occurring. We are adjusting and will continue to adjust to the mercurial activation of Gemini, carried through in the vessel of Uranus.
The sudden changes in our being, our consciousness, and our timelines are also extending to other lives we have had.
The Energies of May
The month of May brings in the higher octaves of the mystics, the wise ones, the ascended ones. The interpretation of this in 2026 is a strong opportunity to merge, to collaborate with one’s higher self.
In this month of May, there is a continuation of the transmutation of the unresolved records in your being. It is important to align to the light within you, to the alignment of the higher consciousness, your divine source light.
We have started to experience a shift in our energy centres, especially the higher head centres, and this will continue into May, in alignment with the new consciousness. But because we are still undoing and releasing the old systems, the survival programmes, we can experience a lot of discomfort in our digestion, exhaustion, tiredness, feeling off centre, and then moments of clarity and lightness of being.
The unseen realms of the astral and lower astral are also going through this, and there are times when we are colliding with these energies.
I do feel, as we are navigating through these ever-changing themes within us and around us, that finding what works for you to stay grounded reminds us of the light ways. Recognising that those emotions and thoughts of loneliness and aloneness — that strange space where you feel disconnected because you are moving out of the old to connect — know that many are going through this. We are not alone on this journey at this time.
The triggers that are occurring in our beings are massive. The safety rails within us have been pulled down. There are more moments of feeling vulnerable, and this vulnerable feeling takes us through our pain and unfinished business at times. But eventually, that vulnerability can be transmuted to the enlightenment of compassion. It can be transmuted through forgiveness, kindness towards self, and the courage to feel and heal, into the enlightenment of compassion.
The month of May opens the Mystic Portals.
