From Fear to Light: Navigating Collective Energy Shifts
Surfing the Waves of Collective Fear: Staying Grounded in Intense Times
Hello and welcome,
In the weeks ahead, we are moving through an especially intense passage. The collective consciousness is entering a heightened state of vibration, and energies rooted in separation, division, and exclusivity are being pulled to the surface.
These old frequencies can no longer be sustained. What we are witnessing is a mass transmutation. This means the intensity we’ve already been feeling will increase. Sleep may be disrupted. Feelings of being lost, uncertain of purpose, or overwhelmed may rise. Thoughts like Why am I here? or Where do I belong? may circulate.
This is the collective consciousness purging. It may feel confusing, ungrounded, or even despairing, especially as fears about reality, finances, technology, and the state of the world surface.
In the next two to three weeks, it is essential to ground yourself, connect with your own source light, and focus on practices that bring comfort and steadiness. Self-care is crucial. While the collective purges its historical data, many people will project fear and division into the external world. This is survival consciousness at play—an old program now being dismantled.
When projections come toward you, remember: they are not your truth. Much of what you may feel—fear, heaviness, restriction—is not yours but a reflection of the collective in its process of undoing.
These projections can feel strange, glitchy, and disorienting. Thoughts and feelings may be triggered, but they are conditions, old programs rising for release. The density intensifies first, then the transmutation begins. This is how collective healing unfolds.
The key is to stay in your heart. Stay centred in your light embodiment, reminding yourself: I am Light. I am safe. This is not truth, only conditioning leaving.
These energies come in waves. You may wake up feeling good, then hours later feel heavy and fatigued. That cycle may intensify in the coming weeks. Support yourself with affirmations, breathwork, and time in nature—sitting on the earth, connecting with the sun, or allowing stillness to reset you.
Simple practices—resting in stillness, conscious breathing, affirmations like everything is okay—help anchor you in light source. These reminders lift you out of fear and survival states, which can otherwise block creativity, manifestation, and flow.
You may not always understand why the fatigue or heaviness is present, but know this: it will pass. These waves are training us to grow stronger, more expansive, and more grounded. Each wave builds resilience and expands your energy field, helping you move through change more swiftly and gracefully.
We are learning to surf the waves of great transformation. The next two to three weeks bring big ones—but you are equipped to ride them.
